We deliver to most residential areas across Kuwait. However, some remote, industrial, coastal, island, military, and restricted areas may be excluded from delivery service.

2. Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within the same day or the next day depending on the delivery location, order time, product availability, and operational conditions.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, weekends, holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Fees

Standard delivery across most areas in Kuwait is 1 KD.

Some areas may require higher delivery fees depending on the location.

4. Accurate Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including area, block, street, building, floor, apartment number, and any additional directions needed for successful delivery.

Delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incomplete, incorrect, or unclear address information are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Availability

In some cases, an order may not be deliverable due to location restrictions, safety concerns, access limitations, or operational reasons.

If delivery is not available to the selected location, our team may contact the customer to offer an alternative solution or cancel the order if fulfillment is not possible.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to no response, customer absence, or inability to access the location, we may contact the customer to arrange a new attempt where possible.

Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts if the failure was not caused by our team.
